Terms and Conditions
Online payment terms
Some online booking services will require a non refundable 20% deposit. Our online portal requires card details saved to your file in the event of a No Show your card would be charged. This information is held securely by a third party, rest assured we cannot access your card information.
Safe Space Policy
Our clients and staff deserve to feel safe and secure within our salon. Any homophobic, racist, or otherwise aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who creates an unsafe atmosphere for our staff or clients.
Cancelation terms
No cancelations or changes allowed within 24hours of the appointment. Please notify us asap if you are wanting to add or change services to your booking so we can ensure timing can be adhered to. A Fee of 50% of the total services booked will apply in the event of a cancellation within less than 24 hours. A 100% charge applies in the event of a No Show, No Call. This is to compensate our stylists time and cover associated costs. Thankyou for understanding.
Personal Items Policy
We invite you to bring your work laptop, fav book or favorite comfy jersey, however! Please note, while we will always take the utmost care, that colour services can be a little messy, and hair can sneak into all sorts of places. We highly recommend wearing clothing that wouldn't be mourned if accidentally coloured, as we unfortunately don't cover replacements!
